HTV Transfer Instructions
Application instructions (home iron)

Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds

Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen

Remove wax paper/ parchment paper from design application

Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)

Center application at least 3” below collar- sticky side of plastic carrier sheet down. (Place all pieces if sent in multiple sections)

Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)

Press each section of design for 10-15 seconds

Peel slowly. If areas of design start to lift after application, replace cover sheet and re-press for 5-10 seconds

Peel carrier hot or cold. Sometimes cold will allow better adhesion to the shirt if it’s trying to pull away.
Application Instructions (heat press)

Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds

Apply design at 305°F/150°C

Use medium pressure for 10-15 seconds
-
Peel carrier hot or cold
*Keep plastic sticky sheet for re-press if something pulls loose
Vinyl Application Instructions

Clean area of all oils, greases, fluids or dusts. For best results you’ll want a clean, dry, flat surface

Peel the paper backing from the decal

Place in desired location

Once decal is in place, rub or burnish to maximize adhesion

Very Gently peel back the transfer tape sheet(clear gridded plastic). The vinyl design should release from the transfer tape and remain on the surface. If edges start to lift with the transfer tape sheet, burnish the area again to adhere to surface.
